Patient Portal

Saint Clair Allergy and Asthma Center offers our patients convenient and secure access to their medical information online, from the comfort and privacy of your home or office, through our Patient Portal.

The Patient Portal provides a means for you to securely login with your user name and password to:

  • View and request an appointment
  • Send messages to our office
  • Receive messages from our office
  • View prescriptions and request prescription refills
  • View your account balance and make a payment
  • View your medical history

We are currently inviting anyone who has given us their e-mail address to begin using the Patient Portal. If you have already received your invitation e-mail, follow the directions in that email to activate your account. You will be prompted to enter a security question, security answer, and a password for the Patient Portal account. Once the account is activated, you can begin using the Patient Portal.

If you have not received an e-mail from our office regarding the Patient Portal, and are interested in obtaining your secure login information, please contact Mindy via telephone at 586-884-5656 or via e-mail at scaac@outlook.com.

Please CLICK HERE to login to the Patient Portal.

IMPORANT NOTE: Please securely record your password and security information. Saint Clair Allergy and Asthma Center does not keep record of this information, and we will not be able to provide you past or present passwords.
